As the model shots attest, the effect doesn't work from the side or when you're laying flat.
According to odditycentral.com, Japanese vendor Village Vanguard, which will be selling the T-shirt, describes it as a T-shirt that 'realises a delusional world that people are envisioning secretly.'
The same company also designed a line of cheeky jewellery for women with ample assets.
